Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. is the Global Forum for Inclusion 2008 Secretariat and has been appointed to manage the registration services and logistics.
Note: If you are travelling to Ottawa from outside of Canada, please visit our Travelling In Ottawa pages for more information on Passport and Visa Information for both International and American Registrants.
Online registration will allow you the opportunity to make changes and additions to your registration as needed until Sunday November 9, 2008. The online registration site also will have the most current information at all times.

If you need clarification of the categories, please contact the Forum Secretariat.
Payment of registration fees must be received by Wednesday, October 15, 2008, after which a surcharge of $75 will apply.
The deadline for pre-forum registration is Sunday, November 9, 2008, after which you can register on-site in Ottawa.
A valid passport is required for registrants visiting Canada from other countries, including the U.S.
New passport restrictions for travel between Canada and the United States are now in effect.
All U.S. travellers (adults and children) travelling to Canada need to carry identification. If you are travelling by air, you also need a passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one well in advance of the Forum date.
Contact the U.S. Department of State for more information on U.S. citizens entering Canada.
Registrants entering Canada from countries other than the U.S. should be aware of the appropriate regulations relating to their travel and customs regulations.
Where possible, it is advised that international registrants arrange connecting flights through Canada rather than the U.S. to avoid immigration delays. Registrants who wish to enter the U.S. from Canada should make proper arrangements before leaving their home country.
Citizens from countries other than the U.S. may require a visa. In order to receive a letter of invitation, please complete your registration online, and then contact Raquel Gonzalez at Inclusion International Office, via email, at R.Gonzalez@uel.ac.uk. Letters of invitation will only be issued once payment for registration has been received.
The process of applying for a passport and visa should be started as early as possible to allow time for administration.
Visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada for more information and a list of visa offices.
